It means that there is nothing that I can come across during your house clearance that will be unexpected, difficult or complicated - I have literally seen it all. After 30 years of clearing properties all over the UK and Europe, we've seen it all. Properties that had carpets that cost thousands each and rugs that heavy it took 4 people to lift them, and others that had almost no furniture, not even light shades and the cheapest carpets you can buy.
Clearances that took days and others that took only an hour or so. Some properties were situated in the middle of a field or in a forest, with no roads or power, and others on the 36th floor of a high rise.
I've found Items that where totally amazing, like a full-size stuffed bear, 10 bottles of vintage Champaign, large train sets that filled a loft, and other things I'd rather not tell you about.
